Team of Four: $500 includes cart, lunch, beverages and a goody bag.

Pre-tournament publicity in all media and printed materials
Each player will be given a complimentary mulligan

SILVER SPONSOR  $1,000
One team of four
Premium signage on the golf course.

Lunch Sponsor  $1,000 - Company logo on all promotional materials
Drink Sponsor  $500 - Company logo on all promotional materials
Presenting Sponsor  $3,500 - Company logo on all promotional materials

HOLE SPONSOR  $100 
Yard sign at one hole at the course

Deadline for Team Registration, Sponsorships, and Payment: July 20, 2026

All Logos should be emailed to United Way at unitedway@unitedwaymm.org by July 20, 2026.

Includes: Premium signage on the golf course and lunch for one team of four.
Includes: Company logo on all promotional materials and sponsorship signage at lunch.
