Alicia Rose serves as President and CEO of United Way of McMinn & Meigs Counties, where she leads efforts to strengthen local communities through collaboration, compassion, and meaningful connection.
Before joining United Way, Alicia spent 13 years in federal service as a procurement professional supporting the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Forest Service. During that time, she developed strong expertise in operations, leadership, and public service while managing complex projects and building partnerships that delivered results.
Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Theatre Arts, bringing both strategic thinking and creativity to her leadership style.
Originally from Boise, Idaho, Alicia attended college in Portland, Oregon, before relocating to Tennessee in 2019. She now calls Etowah home, where she enjoys life with her husband, four stepchildren, three grandchildren, and her energetic two-year-old son.
Deeply passionate about people and community, Alicia is committed to ensuring every individual in McMinn and Meigs Counties has the opportunity to thrive. She proudly lives out the belief that United is the Way™.
